Experience The Legend Of The Liquid Brain. This Bull & Bush Brewery favorite was lovingly brewed then aged patiently in whiskey barrels for 12 months prior to bottling, where it sat and matured slowly for another 180 days before they put the labels on and made it available to an anxious audience. The chocolatey, malty goodness is thick with lacing that performs a gentle ballet on the side of a glass.
On to the Tasting Notes:
The Legend Of The Liquid Brain pours with a deep dark black body and a fair tan head. On the nose, there is a most excellent charred grain aroma with an underlying hint of barrel-aging, vanilla, and oaky esters. The palate explodes with milk chocolate, fudge, vanilla, bourbon, oak, and cocoa goodness. This year's version has a bigger mouthfeel, softness, and roundness that is most welcome and enjoyed. I suggest not passing up this opportunity to grab this delicious BA Stout to help keep you warm during the cold winter months.
