Aged for 12 months in seasoned French and American oak this shiraz offers up a big whiff of cedar, blueberry, blackberry, and chocolate aromas.

This wine simply-over delivers at this price point. Values in Australia are hard to come by nowadays, but this wine is drinking well right now.

Food Pairing:
Break out the barbeque and slap on some grilled meats.  Make them peppery meats if possible, but any kind of hearty red meat will work well.

Since 1995 Dogfish Head has been making what are simply SOLID beers. Check out their seasonal festina peche and if you have not yet experienced their IPA's get on it!!

MILE HIGH WORD OF THE WEEK

Let us help you understand some of the basics.
The GSM acronym has about 500 different meanings, but in wine terminology it typically stands for grenache, syrah, and mourvedre.  But it can also be interpreted to simply mean solid wines for great values. This blend started in the Rhone region in France.
